A new $89,000 charitable gift from philanthropist Jan Duncan through Houston PetSet will help Emancipet, nonprofit provider of low-cost spay/neuter and other veterinary services, open its first brick-and-mortar nonprofit veterinary clinic in Houston’s East End.
