Twilight on the Trail benefiting The Trail Foundation, Oct. 28

The Trail Foundation will host a one-time special event called “Twilight on the Trail” on Sunday, Oct. 28 from 5-8 p.m. at the Four Seasons Hotel to close out its 15th anniversary celebrations and help raise critical funds for projects on the Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail.

The special evening event will be open to the public and held in lieu of TTF’s annual State of the Trail breakfast (which is normally reserved for our highest level donors and stakeholders). Like all TTF events, Twilight on the Trail will be the Foundation’s easygoing take on the traditional gala.

The event will begin with cocktails live music from Woode Wood on the outdoor patio overlooking the Trail and Lady Bird Lake. Woode Wood is the guitar playing, harmonica-blowing entertainer who has become a well known fixture on the Trail over the years— serenading runners, bikers, and anyone else passing by Lou Neff Point (or as he likes to call it, Woode’s Point). Then guests will head into the ballroom where TTF will have brought the Trail indoors with elaborate staging and scenery of some of the Trail’s most iconic projects, landmarks, and milestones.

Twilight on the Trail co-chairs are Katherine Crenshaw, Kate Granger, and Catherine Robb. The Trail Foundation’s 15th Anniversary co-chairs are Griffin Davis and Catherine Robb.

Tables and a limited number of individual tickets are now on sale. To reserve your spot and find out more information, visit https://thetrailfoundation.org/event/twilight-on-the-the-trail/
