WHAT: Emancipet will provide free emergency veterinary services for Houston pets whose owners were displaced during Hurricane Harvey, and for pets that were already in shelters when Harvey hit. These emergency services are outside of Emancipet’s normal operations, and donations are critically needed to begin purchasing additional medical supplies immediately.
