Kerbey Lane’s famous pink pancakes benefiting breast cancer charity return this October

‘Cakes for a Cure’ at all seven locations, Oct. 3- 31

During October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Kerbey Lane Cafe will serve pink pancakes and donate all of the proceeds to Breast Cancer Resource Center of Texas. Kerbey Lane will also donate all proceeds from its limited edition “Cakes for a Cure” T-shirts.

The pink pancakes Kerbey Lane will feature during this year’s “Cakes for a Cure” are:

  • Oct. 4-10: Strawberry Confetti
  • Oct. 11-17: Strawberry Banana    
  • Oct. 18-24: Chocolate Covered Strawberry
  • Oct. 25-31: Strawberry Lemon Chiffon

Kerbey Lane donates 18,669 meals to Central Texans in need

Kerbey Lane Cafe donated a total of 18,012 meals to Central Texans in need through its “Hot Cakes for Hunger” drive benefiting Central Texas Food Bank (CTFB), which took place at all seven of its locations July 16-29.

During the campaign, Kerbey Lane donated all proceeds from its specialty pancakes to the food bank, as well as an additional 824 pounds of pancake mix. Kerbey Lane team members presented CTFB with the check from the proceeds and boxes of pancake mix, and helped sort nearly 6,700 pounds of food during their team-building volunteer day at the food bank on August 8. Kerbey Lane’s ‘Hot Cakes for Hunger’ to benefit Central Texas Food Bank, July 16-29

Kerbey Lane Cafe will host a “Hot Cakes for Hunger” fundraiser at all seven of its locations July 16-29, with all proceeds from its specialty pancakes benefiting Central Texas Food Bank. Kerbey Lane will also donate pancake mix to CTFB for every dollar of proceeds from its specialty pancakes. Read more
