Kerbey Lane donates 18,669 meals to Central Texans in need

Kerbey Lane Cafe donated a total of 18,012 meals to Central Texans in need through its “Hot Cakes for Hunger” drive benefiting Central Texas Food Bank (CTFB), which took place at all seven of its locations July 16-29.

During the campaign, Kerbey Lane donated all proceeds from its specialty pancakes to the food bank, as well as an additional 824 pounds of pancake mix. Kerbey Lane team members presented CTFB with the check from the proceeds and boxes of pancake mix, and helped sort nearly 6,700 pounds of food during their team-building volunteer day at the food bank on August 8. Kerbey Lane Cafe’s ‘Cakes & Cash Drive’ to benefit Central Texas Food Bank, July 18-30

Kerbey Lane Cafe will host a “Cakes & Cash Drive” at all seven of its locations July 18-30, with all proceeds from its specialty pancakes benefitting Central Texas Food Bank.

Kerbey Lane serves three specialty pancakes each week, including one vegan and one gluten-free option. Customers will also be able to add a tax-free donation to the food bank to their check at the end of their meal (or make a cash contribution).   Read more

Austin’s favorite cafe adds third seasonal menu for 2016

Kerbey Lane Cafe has added a new seasonal menu to its 2016 repertoire! The Spring Menu debuted Feb. 11 and is available at all seven locations until early May.
