DogBoy's Dog Ranch case study
Broadband Horizons wanted to make the most of its position as the first company in Texas to successfully implement an innovative new technology for delivering Internet services. The company chose Brenda Thompson Communications to get the word out.
Pioneers in New Internet Technology
One of a handful of companies in the country to develop broadband Internet networks using Broadband Over Power Lines (BPL) technology, Broadband Horizons faced the challenge of attracting attention to a new and unfamiliar approach to Internet connectivity. Brenda Thompson Communications was its choice to develop a complete communications strategy and positioning, make the major announcement of its successful implementation of the technology, and leverage its position as first to market.
Coast-to-Coast Coverage
As a result of Brenda Thompson Communications’ efforts, Broadband Horizons:
- Obtained coverage in 33 newspapers nationally
- Received extensive coverage in Texas in major daily newspapers including the Austin American-Statesman and the Houston Chronicle
